Eben has 40 years experience in the Food and Beverage Industry. After studying to become an Hotelier and managing 3 star hotels, he also managed Catering Contracts as a Divisional Manager for an Outsourced Company
Eben decided in 2006 to take his expertise and support Clients that does mass catering on a daily basis. FMS Services was created as a vehicle to do this.
FMS Services supported more than 100 clients during the past 10 years with expertise in the Catering and Cleaning Industry.
We implemented more than 50 Kitchen Financial Management Systems (KFMS) with various clients. The Clients generated huge savings which was created by standardization and control, and obviously having a computerized system available to monitor the daily results.
